20th Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 20th platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 20th platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the operators of the 20th platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
The 20th platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Anyone below this age limit is prohibited from registering or using our services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 20th platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 20th reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to submit the requested documents may result in a temporary suspension of your account.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 20th support team immediately.
- Use a strong and unique password for your account.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Log out of your account after each session on a shared device.
- Enable two-factor authentication where available for added account protection.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 20th platform, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out herein. The platform must be used solely for personal purposes and must not be used for commercial gain, fraud, or any unlawful activity.
Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to bypass, damage, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
- Using another person's account without their authorisation.
- Engaging in any activity that could compromise the integrity of games or betting.
- Transferring funds between user accounts through unauthorised means.
Violations of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure without notice, and in certain cases, legal action may be taken.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 20th platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to them.
Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including TNG eWallet and FPX (online banking with major Malaysian banks). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the platform during the deposit process.
For withdrawals, users are required to complete full identity verification before any withdrawal request can be processed. Funds will be credited to the payment method registered on the account. Processing times vary depending on the withdrawal method selected.
- 20th is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by third-party payment providers.
- Any transactions suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Account balances that remain inactive for a defined period may be subject to administrative charges following due notice.
5. Intellectual Property & Liability Limits
All content on the 20th platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of 20th or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws in Malaysia.
Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 20th.
Liability Limits
The 20th platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 20th accepts no liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including data loss, service interruptions, or game outcomes.
The 20th platform may also contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such sites. Accessing external websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
20th reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for platform security reasons. Where an account is closed due to user fault, any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with our policies and assessment.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 20th support team. All account closure requests will be processed once any outstanding transactions have been settled.
Changes to Terms
20th reserves the right to amend, add to, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest version.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through channels mutually agreed upon by both parties, with the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts recognised for the resolution of any claims.
